The Line Service Technician (LST) is a customer service role focused on providing safe and efficient services for general aviation aircraft, crews, and passengers. The position involves operating ground service equipment and ensuring excellent service delivery while adhering to company policies and safety protocols.

  • Work as part of a team delivering safe and efficient aircraft services.
  • Collaborate with coworkers, customers, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to meet customer service needs.
  • Service aircraft as requested, including fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, and potable water services.
  • Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks and tugs.
  • Promote and deliver general aviation services to crewmembers and customers.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations.
  • Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers and/or luggage and cargo.
  • Load and unload luggage and cargo into/out of aircraft and FBO.
  • Handle fuel quality control, inventory, and documentation.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.
  • Comply with operational, safety, and customer service requirements.
  • Enforce security protocols as dictated by Signature and the airport.
  • Create accurate records of time worked and services performed.
  • Abide by emergency response procedures during critical events.
  • Recommend improvements to standards and practices.
  • Ability to operate ground service equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of safety and security protocols in aviation.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in aviation or ground service operations.
  • Familiarity with general aviation services.
