About The Position

St. Moritz Building Services is a one-stop shop and reliable service provider with over 50 years in business. We are recognized as a leader in the cleaning services industry, known for our innovative and value-driven approach. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our professional cleaning team on the 3rd shift, working from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License of 3 Years or More
• Must be reliable
• Eligibility for paid time off after successful completion of a 90 day probationary period

Responsibilities

• Scrub, buff, polish, strip & wax floors
• Clean floors using the Ride-on and walk behind floor cleaning machines
• Mop floors and stairwells with a mop and bucket
• Collect trash from various buildings
• Clean bathrooms using machines
• Vacuum floors & upholstery
• Clean carpets with machines
• Deliver materials to various locations on campus
• Keep cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement
• Maintain a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintain continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
