About The Position

ConAgra Brands in Marshall Missouri, a local supplier of Banquet products, is looking for qualified individuals to fill onsite freezer forklift operator positions reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The position is full-time, with a shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The wage starts at $20.57 per hour, with an additional $2.50 per hour attendance bonus and shift differential. The role involves working in a cold environment and completing job assignments to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met to maintain an organized flow of the production process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of manufacturing employment in work history.
• Ability to operate hand jack and forklift.
• Ability to work up to 7.5 hours per shift.
• Ability to push/pull fork controls for 7.5 hours per shift.
• Post offer background screen and drug screen required.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive a forklift for loading, unloading, and warehousing of products.
• Check for proper count of incoming/outgoing products and miscellaneous items.
• Complete job assignments to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met.
