Schedule: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am Monday through Friday (Saturday and Sunday off) For candidates based in New York State, this position starts at $26.32 per hour; plus, a $.50 shift differential for working overnights.

Responsibilities

Proficient operation of CIP/Cleanup and set up of all packaging equipment
Tear down, CIP/cleaning, re-assemble and sanitizing of all packaging equipment
CIP all equipment, tanks, and lines associated with production
Ensure proper documentation of all charts and daily cleaning logs sheets for all equipment
Perform all required ATP and Allergen swabs prior to start up
Work in conjunction with Lab, Machine Operators, and Foreman and to ensure an efficient operation
Maintain all documented information as per SQF requirements
Keep all work areas neat and clean at all times, to conform to GMP and SQF requirements
Understand and follow all safety procedures, always wear proper PPE, and never put yourself or other employees in harm’s way
Must stay until job is completed or relieved
Must perform any other assignments by a Manager, Supervisor, or Foreman
