As a 3rd Key Holder, you will be responsible for performing store opening and closing procedures, training Store Associates, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. You will also help maintain a positive, productive store environment, deliver outstanding customer service at various points in the store, and support overall store operations including merchandising, cleanliness, and promotions. The role also involves ensuring accurate cash handling and POS transactions, sorting donations, pricing items, and meeting daily production goals and quality standards.
