Job Summary: This is a 1.0 FTE non-continuing leave replacement position for a 3rd Grade Teacher. Under the direction of the Principal, the elementary teacher is responsible for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students in our elementary schools. This position may include, but not be limited to, the following performance responsibilities, qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities which aligns with the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description. This is a temporary position beginning January 5, 2026 for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.

Requirements

Valid State of Washington teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement.
Possess and maintain a valid First Aid and CPR certification for duration of employment with the District when required for position by Board Policy.
