Requirements

Possess a strong background in 3DX PLM with a minimum of 10 years of experience in product lifecycle management.
Demonstrate expertise in the automotive industry with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex situations.
Show proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Have a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing PLM solutions.
Display strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of 3DX PLM solutions to optimize product lifecycle management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for 3DX PLM deployment and customization.
Oversee the integration of 3DX PLM with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
Develop and deliver training sessions to empower team members with the necessary skills to utilize 3DX PLM effectively.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of 3DX PLM solutions identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all PLM-related activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of product development processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging 3DX PLM to achieve strategic business goals.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues related to 3DX PLM.
Prepare and present reports on project progress highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PLM technology to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
