About The Position

Tivolisworld LLC is seeking a skilled and detail -oriented 3D Printing Technician to operate and maintain 3D printing equipment, ensuring high -quality output for prototyping and production needs. This role plays a critical part in supporting the development of our technology and robotics projects by transforming digital models into tangible components.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certification; associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of hands -on experience with FDM, SLA, or other 3D printing technologies.
• Familiarity with CAD software and slicing tools (e.g., Cura, PrusaSlicer, PreForm).
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time -management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with advanced additive manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of materials science or prototyping for robotics applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate various 3D printers and post -processing equipment.
• Prepare print files using slicing software and ensure proper machine calibration.
• Monitor print jobs for quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on 3D printing machines.
• Maintain detailed records of materials, production runs, and machine status.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to improve part performance and print efficiency.
• Ensure safe handling of materials and adherence to quality standards.
