About the Teram: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled 3D Print Technician to operate, maintain, and support additive manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing print jobs, monitoring production, performing post-processing, and ensuring high-quality printed parts. This role works closely with design teams to support prototyping and production needs.

Requirements

  • Experience with Bambu H2D, H2C and H2S printers.
  • Experience with Corel Draw design software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
  • Experience with 3D printing technologies and materials
  • Familiarity with slicing software (e.g. Bambu Labs)
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Good organizational and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Bambu Farm Manager software
  • Knowledge of post-processing techniques and finishing standards
  • Post secondary communications and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain 3D printers
  • Prepare print files, including slicing, orientation, and support generation
  • Load materials and calibrate printers to ensure optimal print quality
  • Monitor print jobs and troubleshoot printing issues
  • Perform post-processing tasks such as support removal, sanding, curing, and finishing
  • Inspect printed parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
  • Maintain inventory of printing materials, tools, and consumables
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  • Document print settings, issues, and results for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams
