About The Position

340B Financial Analyst Drive Financial Integrity and 340B Compliance Excellence North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical 340B Financial Analyst to oversee and ensure the financial accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting of all 340B and Health Transformation Department activities. This role plays a critical part in protecting revenue integrity, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting informed decision-making across the organization. Job Summary The 340B Financial Analyst manages, reconciles, and reports all financial transactions related to the 340B Contract Pharmacy Program and Health Transformation service lines. This position collaborates closely with Pharmacy, Accounting, Finance, Business Office, and Contract Pharmacy leaders to ensure billing accuracy, contract adherence, financial reporting integrity, and alignment with organizational policy.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of accounting, finance, or related business experience
  • Completion of Apexus 340B University OR ability to complete within 90 days of hire
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Healthcare finance, pharmacy revenue cycle, or 340B program experience
  • 1–2 years Meditech experience
  • 1–2 years 340B split billing software experience
  • 340B Apexus Certified Expert (340B ACE) certification
  • ASHP Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Management Certificate
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Leadership or project management experience in healthcare or business setting

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile all financial transactions associated with 340B Contract Pharmacy activities
  • Reconcile Health Transformation service line financial activity
  • Audit real-time claims data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare, draft, and distribute invoices including direct-to-employer billing
  • Communicate with Contract Pharmacy leaders to ensure timely billing and collections
  • Monitor and review 340B contract pharmacy invoices for financial accuracy and contract adherence
  • Enter financial data into Meditech for monthly reconciliation reporting
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for 340B and Health Transformation programs
  • Ensure accurate general ledger coding and policy compliance
  • Identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies
  • Utilize Excel, Meditech, third-party administrator systems, and 340B financial platforms
  • Report financial performance to leadership in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and hospital financial data
