About The Position

The 340B Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of DVCH’s 340B Drug Pricing Program, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, conducting audits and program integrity for continued patient access to affordable pharmaceutical care. Performs technical duties related to maintenance of pharmacy information systems and technical training of pharmacy staff who use those systems. Also responsible for assessing contract pharmacy opportunities in the marketplace and reviewing purchase reports to find 340B pricing errors and then oversee the wholesaler credits to correct the errors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience working as a pharmacy technician or experience in a compliance or administrative role.
  • Must obtain 340B Apexus Advanced Certification (ACE) within 6 months of hire.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills and analytical techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within an FQHC, hospital, or 340B environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the 340B regulations and compliance requirements. preferred
