Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in 340B
  • 2+ Years of professional level experience in Pharmacy operations or 340B

Nice To Haves

  • 340B experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Audit the daily dispensing files exported from (Epic and Fastrack) into the 340B Software. Using strong conceptual and working knowledge of 340b regulations, verify orders/prescriptions quality and comply with all program requirements.
  • Audit and modify the 340B Software Accumulator to track all of the split tracking necessary for the Program.
  • Audit the billing modifiers required by Ohio Medicaid and MCOs for all Retail Pharmacies and Home Care Pharmacy.
  • Upload and audit all the direct vendor purchase orders into the 340B Software.
  • Monitor and update all the drug NDC's in the 340B split billing software.
  • Work with Pharmacy Inventory Analyst and Business Director and investigate the daily unmatched NDC's from Epic for all Pharmacies (Inpatient, Retail (2), Liberty, College Hill, and Home Care).
  • Ensure accuracy of data recording and tracking in applicable split billing software.
  • Ensure reporting meets auditing and 340b decision making needs.
  • Make data entry corrections and system configuration changes to improve functionality and reporting.
  • Verification of Providers and maintenance of the Provider lists in the 340B Software.
  • Make the necessary IT changes required for EPIC reporting and tracking.
