About The Position

The 340B Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, oversight, and support of the organization’s 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role focuses on operational execution, compliance coordination, education, and collaboration across departments to ensure program integrity, regulatory compliance, and optimization of program value. The position is more coordination- and operations-focused than an analyst role, with less emphasis on advanced financial modeling and more emphasis on workflow management, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelors degree in healthcare administration, pharmacy, business (or related field) or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting the 340B program operations, compliance or healthcare administration preferred
• Working knowledge of 340 B program requirements
