About The Position
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of direct support staff and coordination of all aspects of the assigned shift within the group home. On top of providing direct care support, you will also be responsible to assist with interviews and hiring, scheduling, training, and other administrative responsibilities related to staff or the resident's care plan. You will play a crucial role in supporting the resident's independence and development. ChildServe's Homes offer 24-hour support and specialized nursing care.
