About The Position

Winston-Salem Christian School’s Early Learning Center seeks a joyful, energetic, and nurturing Three-Year-Old Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and Christ-centered formation. Requirements

• Passion for working with young children in a faith-based setting
• Demonstrated energy, warmth, patience, and enthusiasm
• Understanding of early childhood development and best practices
• Ability to actively engage students through movement, play, and interactive learning
• Strong classroom management and relational skills
• Alignment with the mission and Christian worldview of Winston-Salem Christian School
