About The Position

The Sales Associate/Photographer role at Cherry Hill Programs involves providing exceptional guest service while capturing memorable photo experiences for customers at holiday locations. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are enthusiastic about engaging with families and children.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Perform all other tasks as assigned
