About The Position
The Rip Saw Operator is responsible for performing the production process to optimize the use of all resources in meeting and exceeding established plant goals and client/customer expectations. This role involves learning and operating machinery, producing quality products, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment. The operator must communicate effectively with team members, follow safety and quality procedures, and support the company's mission and culture.
