About The Position
The 3PL Warehouse Manager at DSV is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the 3PL warehouse. The 3PL Warehouse Manager will coordinate warehouse activities under the guidance of the Branch Manager and will be responsible for training warehouse personnel to implement a well-coordinated shipping and receiving plan. This role is essential in ensuring that the warehouse operates smoothly and meets the company's operational goals. In addition to daily management tasks, the 3PL Warehouse Manager will generate productivity reports, monitor labor hours, and adhere to budget requirements. The position also entails maintaining warehouse equipment, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards. The manager will be involved in recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of direct reports, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet the demands of the warehouse environment.
