About The Position

The Deployments Team manages the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril’s hardware and software products worldwide. Working across Product, Engineering, Growth, Business Development, Technical Operations, and Mission Operations, Deployments oversees forward logistics, site installation, maintenance & repairs, field inventory management, sustainment and reverse logistics. The team is central to ensuring effective customer and mission success, shaping the future of Anduril’s defense solutions. We are seeking a 3PL Warehouse & Distribution Manager. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and continuous improvement of the company’s third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partners across multiple regions. This role ensures service level agreements (SLAs), cost targets, and quality standards are consistently met, while also driving scalability and efficiency throughout the warehouse network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in warehouse operations or 3PL network management.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Odoo, Oracle), KPIs, and inventory control systems.
  • Experience managing multi-site and multi-region 3PL operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite), and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing supply chains is a plus.
  • Six Sigma certification or Lean training preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments, and all levels of management.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

  • Experience in manufacturing supply chains is a plus.
  • Six Sigma certification or Lean training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 3PL relationships across multiple warehouse locations in North America and other global locations, including contract negotiation, implementation, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee KPIs and SLAs for inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, receiving, returns, and storage costs.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and lead strategic alignment with 3PL providers.
  • Develop and implement warehouse layout, slotting, and process optimization initiatives to drive productivity and throughput.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., transportation, procurement, supply chain, customer service) to align warehousing operations with broader supply chain goals.
  • Collaborate with IT and systems teams to ensure WMS integrations, data visibility, and reporting tools are functional and effective.
  • Lead network capacity planning and expansion initiatives, including RFQs for new 3PL partners or sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all warehouse sites.
  • Support operational readiness for new product introductions (NPIs) and seasonal volume surges.
