Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in client onboarding or early-stage relationship management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Analytical thinker with a track record of resolving challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and drive meaningful improvements.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or another related field.
  • 3+ years of client service, or similar, experience focused on product implementation.
  • Digital Marketing, Advertising, or media industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Client Implementations: Oversee the onboarding process for 100+ clients monthly, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional client experiences.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign Implementation Specialists to projects, balancing resource utilization, planning targets, and skill alignment.
  • Customer Engagement: Organize and coordinate the end-to-end implementation journey, setting and managing client expectations to ensure satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Monitor and Report: Track and manage the implementation backlog, flagging issues to Sales or other relevant teams as needed. Generate and distribute reports on implementation metrics to support capacity and revenue planning.
  • Facilitate Team Collaboration: Conduct team retrospectives to identify areas for improvement. Remove roadblocks and streamline workflows for the implementation team.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement enhancements to maximize efficiency and client value.
  • Own Client Training Programs: Design, manage, and evolve training initiatives to enhance client onboarding and engagement.
  • Deliver Results Under Tight Deadlines: Maintain focus, organization, and accuracy in high-pressure situations.
