About The Position

The Electronic Case Manager at The Transition House Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting individuals overcoming addiction and incarceration by installing and monitoring electronic monitoring devices. This position involves collaboration with the Re-entry center and the Department of Corrections to address any issues or deviations in client activity, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients as they reintegrate into society.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with 2 years of computer experience or an Associate's Degree with 1 year of computer experience.
  • Strong professional boundaries and customer service skills.
  • Ability to participate in a Drug-Free workplace program.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Install and monitor electronic devices for clients.
