About The Position

As a 3D Matterport Capture Technician / Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and 3D scans of various spaces using Matterport cameras and traditional photography equipment. This role involves working with clients in the real estate sector, including builders, apartment communities, restaurants, hotels, and retail stores. The position is part-time and contract-based, requiring flexibility in scheduling and availability.

Requirements

• Experience in photography, particularly in real estate photography.
• Mid-level videography skills.
• Possession of a Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107 License preferred).
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Matterport technology and equipment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography skills.
• Familiarity with various camera gear and lenses.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality 3D scans and photographs using Matterport Pro2 or Pro 3 cameras and traditional DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
• Work with clients in various sectors including real estate, hospitality, and retail to meet their imaging needs.
• Maintain and transport photography equipment to various job sites.
• Provide a W-9 and current Certificate of Insurance upon onboarding.
• Ensure reliable transportation to and from job locations.
