The position involves system administration with a focus on standardized build and support tasks. The candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 on-call support for P1 Level issues related to PLM Web services. The role requires adherence to consistent SLAs for RITM, INC, and Change Tasks, aiming for over 95% compliance. The candidate will work to ensure minimal downtime of the environment and will be involved in service improvement initiatives. End user support is also a key aspect of this role, along with regular patching activities, which occur twice a month—once for non-production and once for production environments. The candidate will manage major and minor PLM version upgrade projects and will need to follow a standard change window for any production systems, typically scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 PM to Midnight, with exceptions possible on weekends. Additionally, the role includes support for data migration activities, ensuring backup procedures are in place for all required servers, maintaining log files, and implementing productivity scripts for system monitoring. The candidate will work in parallel with other vendors and participate in team meetings, providing support to users in English. Identifying productivity improvements for processes and tools throughout the engagement is also expected. The candidate will be responsible for building production and non-production PLM systems from the ground up.
