About The Position

The 3D Drafter/Programmer position involves creating precise 3D shop drawings from architectural designs within a retail fixture operation. The role requires collaboration with production staff to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the manufacturing process. This full-time, on-site position offers a structured workweek from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays off, and may require overtime based on workload.

Requirements

• Experience with 3D modeling software such as Inventor or SolidWorks is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in CAD software is required.
• Knowledge or experience in AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or Microvellum drafting software.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and operations.
• Experience with woodworking and cabinetry design and production.
• Familiarity with relevant materials and hardware used in the industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Vocational School Diploma/Certificate or Associate degree in drafting, engineering, or related fields is preferred.
