About The Position

The 3D Designer at Landor will be responsible for creating immersive brand experiences through the design of physical environments that cater to retail, hospitality, and entertainment sectors. This role involves collaborating with a creative team to develop both 2D and 3D designs that enhance consumer interactions and reflect the essence of the brand. The designer will work on medium to large projects, contributing original design solutions while also developing the work of others.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience designing retail spaces, trade shows, exhibitions, and hospitality environments.
• Creativity and a natural desire to learn and grow in the design field.
• Ability to contribute to bold thinking for better outcomes.
• Familiarity with branding and trends in retail and commercial environments.
• Understanding of design thinking and its impact on creativity and business.
• Appreciation for architectural design, including form, flow, and volume.
• Knowledge of furniture design, construction, and materiality.
• Understanding of lighting effects and techniques.
• Interest in merchandise presentation and service experience.
• Working knowledge of materials and construction processes.
• Ability to plan, enhance, and section designs.
• Interest in AR & VR visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Hand drawing and sketching skills.
