About The Position

American Stainless Corporation is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Warehouse Associate to join their team in Buffalo, NY. This full-time position involves various warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trucks, preparing customer orders, and maintaining a safe work environment. The successful candidate will be reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and capable of handling heavy lifting as needed. Requirements

• 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• 1 year of forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of safe loading practices for flatbed trucks preferred.
• Experience with CNC bandsaws is a plus.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals, are essential.
• Experience with hand tools, cordless power tools, and measuring tapes.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload company flatbed trucks for next day delivery runs.
• Fill and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive and process inventory (weighing, inspecting, staging to rack-storage locations).
• Operate equipment including forklifts, CNC bandsaws, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting on occasion (50+ lbs.).
• Work potential overtime as needed, based on workloads and company needs.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and correctly.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
