About The Position

Summit Racing Equipment is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position involves processing inbound, outbound, and retail workloads, including picking customer orders, replenishing stock, and ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and understand English and basic math skills.
• Proficient in using technology, including scanners and computers.
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve performance standards.
• Physical ability to climb stairs, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and lift up to 70 lbs consistently.
• Extensive walking required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound, outbound, and retail workload by picking customer orders.
• Replenish pick locations and receive products.
• Pick and deliver customer orders in the retail store.
• Complete assigned workload according to procedures to meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
• Operate vehicles per company safety policy and guidelines.
• Assist other departments and employees as necessary.
