Located in North Hollywood, CA, Avibank Manufacturing, Inc., a PCC Company, a part of the Engineered Products Group, is among the world's leading manufacturers specializing in the design and production of sophisticated fasteners and multi-component fastening systems and devices, solving difficult engineering and critical performance problems. Level Two: Level two tool room techs, with little supervision complete presetting operations, which requires a basic understanding of presetting procedures using specific presetting machines, and an intermediate knowledge of tool geometry and specifications which might include identifying tool numbers and gauge lengths. In addition to tool presetting competencies such as using heat shrink fit machines to set tool lengths to critical dimensions, they will demonstrate a basic understanding and ability to perform tool crib functions such as maintaining logs and inventories. Typically 1-3 years of experience.
