Job Description At Rockwell Automation, you will join an incredible team of talented individuals who work toward best in class. We have an opening in Twinsburg Ohio for a Production Test Technician position. Your work will involve the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. May support the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. You will be in a plant setting with a clean and controlled climate. 2nd Shift 2:30PM-10:30PM with a 10% Shift Differential

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic Computer Literacy and Basic Reading and Writing
  • 1 year of Electrical Test Tech Experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform several electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
  • Determine and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
  • Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems.
  • May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
  • May support the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
  • Assemble, Pack, and transfer product
  • Complete product specifications by following blueprints, bill of materials, process/verbal instructions
