Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years in team lead/supervisory role, ideally in manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of departmental processes.
• Expertise in cost management strategies.
• Proficiency in KPIs/KBIs for team performance.
• Knowledge of SAP, quality control, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving in complex people, process, and technology scenarios.
• Proven ability to thrive in collaborative team settings.

Responsibilities
