2nd shift Supervisor Operations
About The Position

We are looking for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for the supervision of all operations at the Amboy facility during your assigned shift.The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with overtime as required by business needs. Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
- A strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in various systems, combined with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of production and management.
- Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset with the intention of streamlining team workflows.
