About The Position

The Spice Room Operator shall establish and maintain an inventory of bulk and mixed spices, mix bulk dressings, and cook pastas to be used in the production of Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen products.

Requirements

• Moderate lifting required.
• Must have or able to obtain pallet jack operators permit.
• Safety conscious.
• Must have accuracy, good recording skills and a sense for detail.
• Ability to speak, read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Food Safety Procedures.
• Follow all policies according to HACCP and SQF.
• Monitor inventory.
• Coordinate assignments with Production Supervisor
• Maintain a clean facility.
