The primary function of this position is to verify production processes, packaging, food safety, and monitor operational sanitation. The role involves proper documentation, inventory control, and the release of hold products. The individual will assist production team members, team leaders, and supervisors in ensuring that safe and quality products are produced according to specifications. All work must be performed in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state, and federal regulations.
