From concept to commercialization, we partner with clients through specialized services including packaging, sterilization, testing, and contract manufacturing. We are currently seeking a technically savvy, hands-on, and commercially minded 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our growing New Hampshire team. This leadership role is essential to our ability to deliver high-quality medical products with precision, consistency, and urgency. As the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated production team responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging medical devices with the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your leadership directly impacts our ability to exceed customer expectations and support the manufacturing of products that keep patients safe.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required; additional technical or supervisory education a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience supervising teams in medical device or similar regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to issue clear direction and encourage teamwork.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving production issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with required documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing production priorities.
  • Basic PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Lean tools, continuous improvement, and 5S preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and support 2nd shift production staff to meet daily output and on-time delivery goals.
  • Assign and prioritize work based on customer demand and production schedules.
  • Ensure all quality, documentation, and safety procedures are followed-including DHRs, job travelers, and cleaning logs.
  • Quickly escalate and problem-solve issues related to equipment, materials, quality, or staffing.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Technicians, Materials/Warehouse, and Quality to resolve challenges and ensure operational flow.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and 5S practices.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with medical device manufacturing standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.
