Requirements

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes and production flow
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Mechanical or maintenance experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all fabrication personnel on the 2nd shift
• Oversee production flow, quality control, and daily output
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with the Tempering Supervisor and 1st shift leads for seamless operations
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
