About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and reliable testing, enhancing test quality and integrity, streamlining test setup and execution, optimizing data acquisition and analysis, supporting engineering with technical insight, maintaining high operational readiness, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to product and process development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Accurate and Reliable Testing by executing test methods and procedures to deliver dependable data that supports product validation and engineering decisions.
• Enhance Test Quality and Integrity by identifying and minimizing sources of error through a deep understanding of test equipment and the product under test.
• Streamline Test Setup and Execution by building, repairing, and preparing test articles and auxiliary systems to reduce downtime.
• Optimize Data Acquisition and Analysis by configuring and operating data acquisition systems and critically reviewing data to detect anomalies early.
• Support Engineering with Technical Insight by contributing to equipment evaluations, facility upgrades, and instrument specifications.
• Maintain High Operational Readiness through proactive test stand installation, troubleshooting, and equipment upkeep.
• Drive Continuous Improvement by refining testing procedures and methodologies based on hands-on experience and feedback.
• Contribute to Product and Process Development by delivering actionable data and insights to advance product innovation, safety, and reliability.
