About The Position

As a Warehouse Dishwasher at Panera's Fresh Dough Facility, you will be responsible for quickly and safely cleaning pans or baskets as they are off-loaded from our trailers. Your role includes running pans and baskets through our tunnel washer, stacking clean transport devices for use in production, and following rigorous procedures to ensure consistently delicious products. You will also ensure a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the FDA's Good Manufacturing Practice regulations, and help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust. This position requires stepping in to support your manager and team as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs
• Successful employment experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Proven ability to work independently while performing a variety of production tasks

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting that had an emphasis on quality, process control, and safety
