About The Position

Job Title: 2nd Shift Outbound Operator Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Pay Rate: $16.98/hr. Target Skill Set: Picking, packing, shipping, pallet building, RF scanner operation, inventory control, pallet jack operation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
• Strong hand-eye coordination and full range of motion (walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending)
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a drug screening
• Must pass forklift test if operating an electric pallet jack (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship products in a timely, safe, and accurate manner.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of shipments and product condition.
• Replenish inventory using RF scanners and sort packages for bulk orders.
• Build pallets for shipments following proper warehouse procedures.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist Warehouse Manager and Leads with other assigned tasks.
• Support other departments as needed.
