Requirements

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Agricultural experience (helpful).
• Mechanical experience (helpful).
• Background in feed or animal production (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily responsibilities of the mill.
• Strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace.
• Maintenance of equipment.
• Quality control.
• Maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies.
