Manage the daily responsibilities of the mill.
Strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace.
Maintenance of equipment.
Quality control.
Maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed.
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies.

Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
Agricultural experience (helpful).
Mechanical experience (helpful).
Background in feed or animal production (helpful).
Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Desire to thrive in agriculture and seek a key role in the industry.

Willingness to develop basic computer skills.
