Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery including injection molding machines and forklifts
- Perform machining and assembly tasks according to specifications
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Assist in the setup and operation of plastics injection molding
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 5+ years of injection molding experience
- Reliable form of transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Must regularly lift and/or move at least 55 pounds
- Must pass a drug and physical test
- Self-motivated and can work well with others
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
