About The Position

Join the Stanley Black & Decker team as a Manufacturing Associate and work in an innovative, tech-driven, and highly collaborative environment. This position is part of the Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) division, which is a leading innovator in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will follow safety policies, operate manufacturing equipment, assist with line setups, visually inspect parts, and solve minor issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Able to lift 25lbs frequently
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanically inclined
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Operate various manufacturing equipment
• Assist with line set ups and start up
• Visually inspect parts that are made
• Recognize and solve minor issues
• Perform other duties that may be assigned
