About The Position

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance team at our Russellville, AR manufacturing plant on 2nd shift. You will take ownership of preventative and predictive maintenance programs, drive equipment reliability, and champion safety initiatives. Your leadership will inspire a culture of continuous improvement while your technical skills ensure our production lines run at peak performance. Your Impact Lead and mentor maintenance team members in the installation, repair, and optimization of machines, tools, and equipment. Monitor downtime and production line efficiencies, identifying mechanical trends and implementing solutions for continuous improvement. Drive root cause analysis to eliminate failures and extend equipment life through proactive maintenance practices. Train and motivate employees to follow safe, high-quality work methods and standards. Enforce plant safety programs and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations. Own predictive and preventive maintenance activities, including oil analysis, vibration analysis, engine-compressor analysis, and infrared thermography. Evaluate PM/PDM activities and frequencies to maximize workforce efficiency and equipment reliability. Manage maintenance budgets while adhering to union contracts and USDA regulations. Interpret technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals to guide repairs and improvements. Your Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3+ years of maintenance experience. 1+ years of management experience. Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance programs and electronic/electrical principles. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver technical solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience.
  • 1+ years of management experience.
