2nd Shift Lead Split Case
About The Position
Simon & Schuster is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Split Case Lead to join our Distribution Center in Riverside, NJ. This position will be leading and training a team for replenishment. DUTIES: Lead and train employees under the direction of the supervisor Replenish inventory when needed Return excess inventory back to reserveAccess WMS for replenishments Create and run MS Access queriesAccess AL to release flags, replenishments and wave inquiries Ordering of split case supplies as needed Comply to all safety policies and procedures Communicate effectively and professionally with supervisor, manager and employees Operate forklift equipment as needed. Voice Pick books to fill customer orders, per established quota OT as required by management REQUIREMENTS: HS Diploma required Experience with Voice Picking Working knowledge of WMS, AL, MS Access Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent organization and communication skills Able to lift 50 lbs. Requirements
- HS Diploma required
- Experience with Voice Picking
- Working knowledge of WMS, AL, MS Access
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
