Do we have your attention? Keep reading. ID Technology We are seeking a Die-cutter Operator Lead for the 2nd shift. You will contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team-player mentality, and taking pride in your work. Maintain open communication and work closely with production employees Ensure press operators are working according to schedule Communicate with alternate shift lead/supervisor on daily activities, schedule maintenance, etc. Monitor floor to ensure output objectives are being met Keep shop floor areas clean and uncluttered Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria Assist in the set-up of finishing equipment Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems Maintain a positive, professional attitude Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment What's in it for you? Requirements

Attention to detail with value of quality
Experience/comfortable in a manufacturing environment
Familiar with or comfortable with operating small machinery
Self-motivated, able to work well independently
Ability to work efficiently, accurately
Good communication skills and desire to help your team succeed

Responsibilities
