About The Position

The 2nd shift IT Service Desk Engineer will join the team at the Wooster, Ohio office, working from 10 AM to 7 PM. This junior to mid-level role involves supporting local and corporate offices, as well as manufacturing plants, with a focus on maintaining the ticketing queue, providing application support, and troubleshooting endpoint devices. The position requires some local travel and occasional trips to support other locations and training at corporate.
