About The Position
Epi Breads is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team on the second shift, which operates from 1:50 PM to 10 PM, six days a week. This full-time position offers opportunities for overtime, making it ideal for those seeking to maximize their work hours. We have multiple openings for various roles within our bakery, and we are committed to providing a supportive and efficient work environment. All team members are expected to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and standing on a hard concrete floor for extended periods. Candidates must also be able to pass a drug screening and background check to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. The available positions include Pre-Scaler Mixer, Production Baking Assistant, Oven Operator, Rack Operator, Depanner, and Packaging Assistant, each with specific responsibilities and pay rates. For instance, the Pre-Scaler Mixer role requires the ability to read a scale and follow recipes, while the Oven Operator must handle high heat conditions.
