About The Position

Endries International Inc. has a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator II (pick module) opening. The starting wage is $20 per hour with $1.50 shift premium + bi-weekly bonus potential based on productivity with the ability to reach up to $26.25/hour. We provide flexible scheduling, a clean work environment and benefits for full-time associates. As a Forklift Operator II you will be operating our Pick Module. Your primary goal is to pull product off the shelves and process orders on the forklift so we can get it out the door and to our customers on time. This position requires that the associate be using their designated forklift or turret truck for the entirety of their workday. In this role you will be held to specific metrics of picks per hour and will be require to lift packages up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift.
• Strong attendance record.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Pick Module to pull product off the shelves and process orders.
• Use designated forklift or turret truck for the entirety of the workday.
• Meet specific metrics of picks per hour.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Manage inventory utilizing RF scanner equipment.
• Maintain and inspect forklift equipment.
