About The Position

Volt is seeking a 2nd Shift Reach/Cherry Picker Forklift Operator in Chino, CA. This role involves performing various warehouse functions, including picking and packing, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. The operator will be responsible for loading, unloading, and staging products using a forklift, as well as conducting daily equipment inspections and preparing products for shipment.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience (6 months or more of powered industrial truck experience appreciated but not required).
• Ability to identify, locate, and move product, requiring the ability to read, count, and perform basic math functions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle moderate physical activity throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and/or carry product that could weigh up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse functions including picking and packing.
• Follow all safety rules and requirements and perform housekeeping responsibilities.
• Load, unload, move, put-away, and stage products and materials using a forklift or other power equipment.
• Perform daily inspection on equipment.
• Check orders for accuracy.
• Prepare products for shipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
