Requirements

• Must have 3 years experience
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Experience with Carpet Cleaning and VCT Flooring
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Excellent work history
• Team focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take direction
• Physically demanding fast-paced environment requiring ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• High school degree preferred, but not required
• Previous floor tech experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction)
• Scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors
• Operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment
• Follow established safety precautions
• Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment including floor buffer/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas of the facility
