About The Position
At Atlantic Limousine & Transportation, we pride ourselves on delivering premium service to our valued customers. Our commitment to quality and innovation has established us as a trusted name in the limousine chauffeur transportation industry. We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Dispatcher to join our team. This is an on-site position located at 2450 Pleasantdale Road, Atlanta, GA 30340, and it is not remote. The ideal candidate will work from 3 PM to 12 AM, with flexibility to work mid-shifts on weekends as needed. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. Your responsibilities will include assigning chauffeurs and vehicles, conducting vehicle inspections upon their return to the garage, managing the dispatch screen, checking airport arrivals and updates, and assisting chauffeurs in any way possible. You will also be responsible for preparing the next day’s schedule, maintaining vehicle inventory, and always being one step ahead in your planning. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be personable, and have a strong understanding of the downtown Atlanta area and its surroundings. A minimum of two years of dispatching experience, preferably in courier, taxi, limousine, or related fields, is required. You should also have good computer and technology communication skills, be well-organized, and have excellent multi-tasking abilities. A customer-first approach to service is essential, along with reliable transportation and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
